(1) The goods depots of the states which have been terminated in accordance with this Act have been converted into the goods depots of the Government of Nepal and the documents relating to the state in such goods shall be considered as documents of the Government of Nepal.
(2) Unless there is another order of the Government of Nepal, the warehouses as per sub-section (1) shall carry out the necessary actions including Asul Tehsil as per the previous order on behalf of the Government of Nepal.
